2. Purpose of this manual

This manual explains how to request access to records held by KILT under PAIA. It sets out the records we keep and the procedure for requesting access to them.

3. How to request access

Requests must be made on the prescribed form and submitted to the Information Officer at the contact details above. Prescribed fees may apply, and we respond within the timelines set out in PAIA.

4. Records available

These may include company and statutory records, client and supplier records, financial and tax records, and employee records, subject to the exclusions allowed under PAIA.

5. Remedies

If a request is refused, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator and thereafter approach the High Court. Full details are available from the Information Officer.
